DAY 9 || 12/6/2017

This day was an awesome day not only because we have half-day classes but also because our class was so enthusiastic especially when we had a Pinoy Henyo game. The whole class was really in uproar during the game, it was totally amazing and fun.

This day, our teacher showed us different sources and the categories they belong in. We also discussed about indigenous media and information and we were tasked to make a mind map about it. This is what I have made.


After making our own mind map about indigenous media and information we were tasked to conduct an interview on different officials such as class, teacher and parent officials and even staff of the school on the use of media and sources in gathering reliable and accurate information.

The teacher that we interviewed was Mrs. Ma. Hazel Forastero who is the current adviser of the Supreme Student Government of Manila Science High School. She was really amazing for she has provided meaningful answers to our questions.




As an enrichment and synthesis activity we were tasked to create an essay about our topic, Here is the essay that I have created. 

 Information and Sources

            Currently, our world is already full and blessed of advanced and fast technology. Information is now becoming an important matter for every individual for it makes them aware of the society around them and it also help match their own needs. Luckily, with the advancement of technology, pieces of information can now be easily known and gathered in different methods and ways to match the needs of individuals.
            In our current generation, the typical way that people use to find different information that will match their needs is through surfing and researching in the internet and through social media websites. However, some people also use other methods such as by using print media like books, magazines, newspapers, encyclopedia, dictionaries and many more. Through these methods available, an individual could get various information that could certainly match their needs. However, how should someone choose from the various information that are available from different sources?
To be able to choose the best information from a wide range of sources, one should consider different factors that will help him/her to choose appropriately and properly. These factors include knowing the accuracy, reliability and value of information, authority of the source and timeliness. These factors are important to ensure that the information one will get is the right and just one.
            In a world full of information, we as individuals should not only know the different sources of information that will match our needs but we should also use our judgement, assessment and critical thinking to ensure that we will get the proper and appropriate information.

MAMULAT: Ang Paglala ng Global Warming         Tunay na napakaganda ng mundo na nilikha ng ating Panginoon. Taglay nito ang lahat ng kailangan natin upang mabuhay ng masaya at matiwasay. DAY 10 || 12/12/2017 This day, we discussed about language and its different effects or implications to people. We were given some questions by our teacher Mr. Opiana with regards to the knowledge that we have about language. Here are some of the questions and my answer.
